Teen Parents Support Programme Galway

Who We Are

We provide support during your pregnancy right through until your baby turns 2 years of age. Support is given from Antenatal classes to prepare you for the birth to post- natal when you have your baby and may need advice on feeding and caring for baby. We can also give you help and support with finances, accommodation issues and help with getting back to work/ education if you wish.

You may hear about us when you come for your first appointment at the antenatal clinic but you can also make contact yourself if you like by phone or text. We will then send you an information pack and will arrange to meet you to chat about ways we can help you with your pregnancy and baby.

Choosing A Strong Password

Chains of words, make passwords easy to remember and harder to crack.

To create a password that meets our strength requirements, it’s recommended to use a mix of at least three random words along with a number (not a birthday or 123 etc., just random) and one or more symbols and capitals, but don't capitalize the first letters of the words, e.g.:

  • mower-speaK5shadow
  • table?taPe748goNe.

This password style might not be very common, and it will be much more difficult for computers/bots to crack. It also allows for your passwords to be memorized more easily. Though a password vault may help with that.
