Founded in 1995, Bodywhys is the national voluntary organisation supporting people affected by eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID, EDNOS,
OFSEDOther Specified Feeding or Eating Disorders
, body dysmorphic disorder, orthorexia etc.

What We Do

Our mission is to ensure support, awareness and understanding of eating disorders amongst the wider community as well as advocating for the rights and healthcare needs of people affected by eating disorders.

PiLaR programme – free 4-week programme for family members of people affected by eating disorders – has been held in many locations throughout Ireland.
We also provide free resource guides on a wide range of eating disorder for children, adolescents and adults as well as parents supporting their children and general practitioners.

Choosing A Strong Password

Chains of words, make passwords easy to remember and harder to crack.

 

To create a password that meets our strength requirements, it’s recommended to use a mix of at least three random words along with a number (not a birthday or 123 etc., just random) and one or more symbols and capitals, but don't capitalize the first letters of the words, e.g.:

  • mower-speaK5shadow
  • table?taPe748goNe.

This password style might not be very common, and it will be much more difficult for computers/bots to crack. It also allows for your passwords to be memorized more easily. Though a password vault may help with that.
