Galway Childcare Committee – Better Start AIM – Online Information Session

Dear Parents,

We have been asked by the Galway Childcare Committee to invite you to an online information session with Galway Childcare Committee and the Better Start AIM (Access & Inclusion Model) Team. This information session will provide you with an overview of the AIM programme.

The goal of AIM is to create a more inclusive environment in pre-schools, so all children, regardless of ability, can benefit from quality early learning and care. The model achieves this by providing universal supports to pre-school settings, and targeted supports, which focus on the needs of the individual child, without requiring a diagnosis of disability.

This online session will take place via Microsoft Teams on the 28th of April at 7pm.

To book a place into this information session, please click the following Eventbrite link:

For more information, please contact the Galway Childcare Committee on 091752039 or mail@galwaychildcare.com

We look forward to seeing you there.

Choosing A Strong Password

Chains of words, make passwords easy to remember and harder to crack.

To create a password that meets our strength requirements, it’s recommended to use a mix of at least three random words along with a number (not a birthday or 123 etc., just random) and one or more symbols and capitals, but don't capitalize the first letters of the words, e.g.:

  • mower-speaK5shadow
  • table?taPe748goNe.

This password style might not be very common, and it will be much more difficult for computers/bots to crack. It also allows for your passwords to be memorized more easily. Though a password vault may help with that.
