Buggy Buddies – Exercise Group

Buggy Buddies Virtual Online Classes for Jan-Feb 2023

We have set up 6 weeks of virtual Buggy Buddies classes with tutor Helen Daly (for the colder Winter months when it’s not always possible to get out for a walk)

The first class was yesterday at 10am, but there’s another 5 weeks ahead and it’s free to join.

Tuesdays at 10am via zoom

Registration via Eventbrite:

We would still encourage the participants to meet up themselves (via the WhatsApp groups, see below) for a walk and cuppa once a week, as this is an important element of being connected with other parents/mums in your local area.

Choosing A Strong Password

Chains of words, make passwords easy to remember and harder to crack.

To create a password that meets our strength requirements, it’s recommended to use a mix of at least three random words along with a number (not a birthday or 123 etc., just random) and one or more symbols and capitals, but don't capitalize the first letters of the words, e.g.:

  • mower-speaK5shadow
  • table?taPe748goNe.

This password style might not be very common, and it will be much more difficult for computers/bots to crack. It also allows for your passwords to be memorized more easily. Though a password vault may help with that.
